Sports Betting Rules

General terms and conditions for sports betting.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply when you use the sports betting platform to place bets. By placing a bet, the account holder automatically accepts the terms of these Sports Betting Rules and fully agrees to them. The account holder confirms that, at the time of placing the bet, they have reached the age of majority, which is permitted for betting under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located. All information submitted by the player in the process of registering on the sports betting website is up-to-date and accurate; the player also realizes that there is a risk of losing money when placing bets and that it is not possible to submit any claims to Bambet in relation to losses.

1.2 Bambet reserves the right, without prior notice, to make changes or additions to the rules, regulations and payment procedures set out herein, as well as to the payment and betting limits. At the same time, the conditions of previously placed bets remain the same, and all subsequent bets are governed by the modified rules.

1.3 By accepting the Terms and registering on the Website, You agree that Bambet has the right to carry out from time to time any identification, credit and other checks (video verification) as necessary and as required by applicable laws and regulations or as requested by the relevant regulatory authorities. You agree to make available the information requested with respect to these checks. We reserve the right to reasonably suspend your account or limit your access until the appropriate checks have been satisfactorily completed. The timeframes for these inspections are defined by Bambet individually, but may not exceed 30 days for the verification of player documents and more than 180 days – for the verification of player bets.

1.4 We reserve the right to request the origin of your funds. To this end, the player must provide supplementary information and documents confirming the availability of adequate funds to place bets, including salary, corroborated by bank statements or a proof of employment indicating the position held.

1.5 If there are suspicions of fraudulent activities of various kinds related to betting, wagering, receiving winnings and withdrawing funds from the personal account, presenting false documents, or acts carried out on behalf of the client by third parties using the registration and personal data of the identified player, Bambet reserves the right to stop such actions by its own means. This may include contacting and agreeing with the player to carry out a video verification (during which the player’s account will be blocked until the procedure is completed) and also contacting the relevant authorities to report the occurrence of the act.
At the same time, the sportsbook is under no obligation to prove the player’s guilt in the situations mentioned above by providing evidence to customers.

1.6. After agreeing with the player on the time of the video verification, a date is set for a video call with a Bambet employee (Skype). The video check is conducted in English (if the player is not fluent in English, they must arrange for an interpreter). During the video call, the player must be present in a closed room and alone (except for the presence of an interpreter), and the player is prohibited from wearing various accessories and clothing that could interfere with the player’s identification.
During the video verification, the player will be asked various questions to establish the validity of the documents previously provided, as well as questions the answers to which may allow a violation of the sports betting rules to be established.
Based on the results of the video verification, the bookmaker may choose to cancel all of the player’s bets, including withdrawing all deposits made, as a compensatory measure for committing fraudulent actions. In addition, the player’s account may be blocked as a subsequent action. Any decision taken is final.

1.7 We reserve the right to make a telephone call to the number provided in your user account, which, at our discretion, can be considered an integral part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Until the account is fully verified, we will not process any withdrawals. If the telephone number provided is incorrect, non-existent or false, or if the player does not answer the telephone call, we reserve the right to seize any winnings and/or deactivate the user account. We will make reasonable efforts to try to contact you regarding the withdrawal of funds, but if we are unable to do so (by email or telephone) within two (2) weeks, the funds will be retained by the Company as you have not passed the KYC procedure. After the expiry of this two-week period, complaints from the player will no longer be accepted.

1.8 If a player refuses to undergo the verification procedure (video verification), Bambet reserves the right to consider all bets as invalid.
If the player refuses to go through the verification, as well as does not take any action partially or completely to fulfill the requirements of the sportsbook in the verification procedure within two weeks (from the first letter sent to the player about the need to undergo verification/video verification), this will be considered as a direct written refusal.

1.9 The registered player is prohibited from re-registering as a new player, including with other registration details. Re-registration is only permitted if agreed with the bookmaker. It is strictly forbidden for players to grant third parties access to their personal account, carry out operations on it, use other people’s bank cards or payment details for deposits or withdrawals, and transfer funds from accounts of electronic payment systems and Internet wallets belonging to other people.

1.10. Bambet prohibits two or more players from placing bets using the same IP address, the same computer or the same local network, in order to avoid suspicions of collusion (multiple accounts). In this case, the accounts of such players may be blocked by Bambet with the subsequent cancellation of all bets on the linked accounts.

1.11. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the site’s content; however, all information on the current state of events is presented solely for informational purposes. The bookmaker accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies. We recommend that you always use alternative sources of information.

1.12. Priority is given to the English version of these sports betting rules over all other versions, editions and translations. In the event of a dispute over the content or interpretation of these sports betting rules, or in the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any other version of Bambet’s rules, the English version shall prevail.

1.13. If any matter is not covered by these rules, Bambet reserves the right to make an individual decision based on the principles of fairness.

1.14. The standard order of presentation is with the home team listed first, followed by the away team, unless otherwise stated.
In some American leagues, the teams are arranged both in direct order (home team – away team) and in reverse order. In the event that the order is reversed, bets will not be refunded.

1.15 The bookmaker is not responsible in any way for errors in the insertion, transmission, display, publication, betting or odds information. If a bet is inadvertently accepted, Bambet reserves the right to cancel it if there are obvious errors relating to odds, results, incorrect display of odds, participating teams, match format, etc. In the case of incorrectly calculated markets, we have the right to change them at any time.

1.16. Links to other websites are provided for information purposes only. Bambet is not responsible for their content and players use them at their own risk

1.20. Basic terms and definitions

1.20.1 Line – A list of suggested events with probabilities of potential winnings provided by Bambet.

1.20.2 Player (customer) is an individual who has placed a bet with the sportsbook.

1.20.3 A bet is an agreement concluded by a customer with Bambet, according to which the loser must fulfill its obligations. It involves the acceptance of bets from bettors based on the conditions provided by the bookmaker in an aligned manner.

1.20.4 A bet is the player’s choice of a specific outcome on the market, confirmed by depositing funds, which serves as a condition for placing the bet.

1.20.5 The result refers to a specific position on the market on which a bet can be placed.

1.20.6 The winning rate is the number by which the value of the bet is multiplied during settlement of the payout.

1.20.7 Outcome is the result of the event (outcome) on which the bet was placed.

1.20.8 All tickets will be settled according to the odds offered when the bet was placed.

2. Betting

2.1 A bet becomes valid from the moment it is registered, in accordance with the conditions laid down in these rules. The bet is considered to have been placed once the punter clicks on “place a bet” on the bet slip and a pop-up window appears with the message “bet accepted”.  If this message is not displayed, the customer is advised to check their betting history or contact customer service for clarification.

2.2 After making a deposit into the account, it must be wagered 3 (three) times (wager x3), unless otherwise specified. Only accepted and calculated bets (Win or Lose) on the deposit wager will be considered (canceled bets and bets for which a refund has been made also do not count towards the wager). If the player chooses not to wager the deposit, the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal request.

2.3 If the odds change at the time the bet is placed, the player will receive a notification on the bet slip. The system will not accept the bet until the player agrees to the changed odds. The player can activate the “Accept odds change” option so that the bet is accepted immediately without confirmation of the changed odds.

2.4 Pre-match reports may be accepted before the specified time and this time may not be related to the start of the event in question. The sportsbook reserves the right to invalidate slips placed after the specified time, including situations arising from content synchronization errors or changes in start times. If, for any reason, a ticket is accepted after the start of the event, this implies a violation of the rules of the game, and therefore Bambet reserves the right to cancel these tickets, and the odds in this case will be considered as 1.

2.5. The player does not have the option of canceling the registered result after placing the bet.
The player must ensure that the selected outcome matches their preferences before confirming payment as part of participation in the bet.

2.6 The maximum bet amount varies according to various criteria, such as the sport, the event, the market, among others. Our platform defines these elements for each event and type of bet, and they can be changed without prior written notice. The bookmaker has the right to limit bets on specific events. It can also impose or remove special account limits for specific customers without prior notice or explanation.

2.7 Bambet is the sole authority responsible for the validity of all accepted slips, regardless of the conditions under which they were made.

2.8. Sports betting on some markets offers the player the option to cash out, allowing the bet to be calculated before the final outcome of the market is determined. Cashout is not offered on 2-source markets, where the possible outcome is not available for betting, in which case there is a return on the market (payout with odds of 1). If, for some reason, the cashout function has been applied to these markets, the bookmaker reserves the right to cancel that bet and recalculate based on the official result. The sportsbook reserves the right to cancel the cashout option at any time, without prior notice to players. The system automatically determines the cashout, and if any influencing factors change, it will also be changed and offered automatically.

2.9 It is forbidden for the Customer to place bets on events in which they are a participant (athlete, coach, referee, etc.), or to act on behalf of such persons. The sportsbook does not allow employees to place bets. If this happens, bets placed during the game will be refunded.

2.10. The use of technical and software tools that employ algorithms for automatic decision-making, as well as programs and scripts, including “bots”, is prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, the account will be blocked and all bets will be refunded.

2.11. If there is a reason to believe that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known, or after the competitor gained an advantage (e.g. a scoring advantage, substitution or removal of a player, etc.), the sportsbook reserves the right to invalidate the given bet (make a return), both on winning and losing results.

2.12. It is forbidden to include in “accumulated” and “system” bets the different events of the same match, bets on the same player in the same tournament (for example, on winning a tournament and winning a match). If any event related to that match has been included in the “express” or “system”, that bet will be refunded, even if the betting platform has not blocked it.

2.13. Bambet prohibits group bets. Subsequently, repeated bets on the same results from the same customer or from different customers may be considered void. If Bambet suspects that customers are colluding, it may cancel these bets after the official result of an event or competition has been released.

2.14. Any change in the score and other parameters of the game, resulting from the decision of an official referee or a mutual agreement between the participants in a live match, does not justify canceling the bet.

2.15. The calculation of bets must be based on the original (actual) result in case the result of the event is canceled or changed later. Actual results are those that are released immediately after the event according to official protocols and other official sources of information. Primary protocols are used to obtain the results of statistical indicators. These protocols are found on the official websites of the corresponding tournaments. The results of the statistical indicators can be added up to 48 hours after the end of the events.
In situations where there are discrepancies in the data coming from different sources of information, the bookmaker withholds payment of winnings until the results are completely clarified. If the result of the completed event, presented on the official website, differs from the TV broadcast data, the bookmaker reserves the right to calculate according to the TV broadcast data. In controversial situations that have no precedent, the final decision is the responsibility of the bookmaker.

2.16. All bet refunds will be credited to the Player’s account.

2.17. Players’ claims regarding the results of the counting of events will only be considered in the package with the official documents of the relevant sports associations. The results published by bookmakers, as well as other sources of information, are not Bambet’s official data.

2.18. Bambet has the right to verify your identity before processing transactions and may withhold any refund or withdrawal for the time necessary to verify your identity. If false or incomplete personal information is provided, the withdrawal may be refused and the Player Account may be closed, such notification to be made by email. If you provide false personal data, Bambet reserves the right to cancel all bets and winnings, as well as terminate your account. Bambet may have an obligation to report the player’s actions to the relevant regulatory authorities.

2.19. Any claim or dispute relating to bets will not be accepted after a period of 3 days from the date of calculation of such bets.

2.20. Bambet collaborates with various independent sports organizations to ensure the integrity of sporting events and, in the presence/suspicion of unsportsmanlike conduct in any match, we reserve the right to suspend the acceptance of bets on such event with subsequent proceedings. We will not make payments on such bets until the final opinion of an international organization or sports betting team on the invalidation of the bets. Such bets will be refunded. Proceedings for suspected match-fixing may not last longer than 180 days. After this period, the sportsbook will check whether the match has been considered match-fixing, but will not provide the player with written evidence.

2.21. In accordance with the KYC/AML policy, after verification of the player’s documents, the bookmaker reserves the right to apply various restrictions to the player’s gambling activity, which may include subsequent blocking and withdrawal of all funds, if the player’s personal information is identified in specific lists, such as: 1) Politically exposed persons (including relatives and close colleagues); 2) Sanctions lists; 3) Lists of persons suspected of money laundering; 4) Persons who have committed fraudulent actions in various projects of the Bookmaker/Casino.

2.22. Bambet reserves the right to block the account and investigate all bets placed if a player is suspected of foul play. The time required to verify bets may not exceed 180 days. If there are indications of fraudulent activity (recognized by the bookmaker), the bookmaker reserves the right to void all of the player’s bets throughout the playing period, followed by the subsequent blocking of the account. The sportsbook is not obliged to provide the player with proof that they are committing fraud.

2.23. The sportsbook has the right to offer players a variety of bonus activities. However, the company has the right, without justification, to refuse to make various types of bonuses available to players.

2.24. If the Sportsbook credits a bonus or winnings to your Player Account that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical problem, error in the payout tables, human error or otherwise, the amount and/or winnings from that bonus will remain the property of the Sportsbook and will be deducted from your Player Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the amount paid by mistake (without prejudice to other measures and actions that may be applicable by law) will be considered a debt owed by you to us. You are obliged to notify us immediately by e-mail in the event of an incorrect credit.

2.25. If the bookmaker identifies the misuse of bonuses by the player, it reserves the right to cancel these bonuses, as well as the winnings associated with them, and may also refuse the player participation in any future bonus offers.

2.26. Bambet reserves the right to refuse to accept bets of any kind from the betting participant without prior notice, refund, explanation or stated reason.

2.27. You may use the site exclusively for personal purposes and may not use it for any kind of commercial gain.

2.28. If the original express bet includes a wrong competitor or an invalid selection, the slip will be calculated on the basis of the remaining selections. The odds for an invalid bet selection will be 1.

2.29. If the user becomes aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, the user agrees not to take advantage of them. Furthermore, the User undertakes to report any errors or shortcomings immediately to Bambet. The sportsbook is entitled to full compensation if the user fails to comply with the obligations set out in this clause. This includes all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in relation to the error/incompleteness and the failure to notify the user.

2.30. To prevent any kind of fraud involving bitcoin transactions, we have introduced the following rule: The sportsbook has the right to close these accounts immediately and withhold any winnings if the transaction is identified as replaceable – Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF).

2.31. The sportsbook assumes no liability for changes in the amounts of payments arising from fluctuations in the exchange rates of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.

2.32. The player assumes full responsibility for declaring and filing any taxes that may be levied on their participation in games of chance, including winnings from Bambet, in accordance with the relevant laws.

2.33. The sportsbook is not responsible for hardware or software defects, Internet connection problems or other technical problems that the player may have.

2.34. The following cryptocurrencies are accepted for sports betting:

BTS (BitShares), BTC (Bitcoin), DASH (Dash), DOGE (DogeCoin), EAC (EarthCoin), EMC (Emercoin), ETH (Ethereum), FCT (Factom), FTC (Feathercoin), LTC (LiteCoin), mBTC (Millibitcoin), XMR (Monero), NMC (Namecoin), NVC (NovaCoin), NXT (Nxt), PPC (Peercoin), XPM (Primecoin), XRP (Ripple), STR (Stellar), VTC (VertCoin)

3.1.1 The general betting rules outlined here are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. For some sports, these rules may be altered or excepted. It is therefore essential that the customer regularly consults the specific rules

3.1.2 Matches not played as listed

3.1.2.1 In situations where the event takes place at a venue other than the one specified, all bets on the event will stand, provided that the match is not moved to the opponent’s field and that the home team and away team of a listed match are not reversed. However, if these elements are reversed, the sportsbook reserves the right to void the bets.

3.1.2.2 All bets for that match will be void if the opponent changes on the roster.

3.1.2.3 If a team fields its reserve team or a youth team instead of its first team, Bambet reserves the right to cancel the bets.

3.1.5 Technical errors

3.1.5.1 The bookmaker may suspend odds during an event if fraud is suspected or if there is a failure in transmission or other related technical problems.

3.1.5.2 The Bookmaker reserves the right to void bets, even at a later date, if any bet has been won by the customer due to a technical fault or error, including, but not limited to, error or failure in transmission.

3.1.6. Abandonments, cancellations and postponements

3.1.6.1 If a match is postponed or abandoned and is completed within 48 hours of the previously scheduled start time, all open bets will be settled on the final result. If the match is not completed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets will be considered void.

3.1.6.2 Matches that have their start date changed well in advance to accommodate live broadcasts or to alleviate match congestion will not be considered postponed.

3.1.6.3 An abandonment occurs when a match is suspended before the deadline and is not played until the end of the day. Markets that have been determined at the time of abandonment (i.e. the result has already been decided), such as “First team to score”, “First scorer”, etc., will stand. The market must be fully determined for bets to be valid.

3.1.6.4 If live coverage is suspended and the match ends regularly, all markets will be settled according to the result.

3.1.7 Push rule (2-way markets)

3.1.7.1 In the event that a Winner’s market (with only the home team and the away team as results) is offered and the event results in a draw, the market will be considered void.

3.1.15.5 All events are determined on the basis of the awards ceremony or the official competition score sheet, without taking into account the results of any subsequent investigations or disqualifications.

3.1.16. Tie Rule

3.1.16.1. Dead heat rules apply to Outright markets. A dead heat is when two or more competitors tie for a position in an event. In such cases, we will send a tie-breaking factor based on the number of tied positions divided by the number of tied competitors in that position.

3.1.17. Player markets

3.1.17.1. All bets created before the change of venue will be void.

3.2.1.5 In the event of incorrect settlement of the markets, we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

3.2.1.6. If a match does not comply with the generally accepted format (e.g. unusual length of period, counting procedure, match format, etc.), we reserve the right to void any market.

3.2.1.7 If the rules or format of a match differ from our accepted standards, we reserve the right to cancel any market.

3.2.1.8. If a match is not completed or not played (e.g. due to disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in ties, etc.), all undecided markets will be considered void.

4. General Rules for Sports

4.1 All esports markets are based on in-game scoring events or results at the end of a scheduled match/map. All settlements will take place using the official score and results, which are declared on the official video stream or in-game broadcast of the relevant matches.

4.2 All match start dates and times displayed for e-sports matches are for indication purposes only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match is offered with an incorrect date and time, bets will stand.

4.3 If a match is paused or postponed and not rescheduled for a later time within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be void.

4.4 If the name of a player/team/tournament is misspelled, all bets will stand, unless it is obvious that the misspelled name is the same as that of a different entity.

4.5 If the name of a team changes due to the team leaving the organization, joining another organization or an official change in the team name, all bets will stand.

4.6 If the event organizer allows the substitution of players (stand-ins) and there is an official result, all bets will be paid out as normal.

4.7 If the result of a match is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as cheating, all bets related to that match will be void. This rule is valid within 72 hours of the end of the match, so we do not modify the results of the bulletins.

4.8 If a match is declared a W.O. win by the tournament organizer, all bets will be void.

4.9 If a team withdraws during a match, only the bets on the completed individual maps will be settled. The match market, secondary match markets and any other map markets not yet decided will be canceled. Bets placed on any subsequent maps that are completed will be settled according to the official results. However, all live offers will be suspended on that match and transferred to a new match with a different match ID that faithfully represents the state of play. The only exception to this rule would be in a similar situation: team A wins map 1 and abandons map 2. In this scenario, all bets on all undecided markets in the match and map 2 would be void, and the offer would continue on map 3 of the match.

4.10. Unless otherwise stated in the market name, all markets include overtime.

4.11. If the format of the match changes or differs from the one being offered, we reserve the right to cancel all bets.

4.12. If the game is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void all bets.

4.13. If a match is played before the scheduled start time, all bets placed after the actual start of the match will be refunded. All bets placed before the actual start of the match will stand.

4.14. If a match or map is repeated due to an organizer or technical problems, all undecided markets will be annulled, while the repeated matches or maps will be treated separately as a new match.

4.15. If a game on a map starts with less than ten players, all bets on that map will be void.

4.16. If one of the participants disconnects within the first ten minutes and is unable to reconnect or is not replaced by a substitute for the remainder of the game, all unresolved markets on that map and match will be annulled. The map will also be considered invalid. If one of the players disconnects or leaves ten minutes after the start of play on the map, the bets will stand and will be settled based on the official results.

4.17. If the final length of the game is equal to a certain limit, it will be solved as OVER.
