7.9 Before releasing any funds from the Client’s betting account, Bambet may, at its discretion:

  • require the Client to upload proof of his/her bank account details issued by the relevant bank. Where necessary, Bambet may carry out an online bank statement check in order to confirm that the account to which withdrawals from the betting account will be transferred is an account in the name of the Client, and/or
  • request that the Client uploads a valid form of identification, e.g. a copy of a valid National Identity Card and/or passport, National Driver’s License or any other valid form of identification. As a result of these checks, there may be a slight delay in processing the withdrawal. Bambet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine which forms of identification will be accepted. If a Client has deposited funds by credit card or instant transfer or has requested a withdrawal to be paid into a credit card or check account, Bambet may request copies of the front and back of the relevant card.

14. Betting Limits and Payouts

14.1 Bambet reserves the right to limit the net payout on any bet or combination of bets by a Customer. This limit may vary according to the specific sport, league and type of bet offered.

14.2 The maximum withdrawal amount processed for a player is €7,500 (£39,800) per week and €15,000 (£79,600) per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made for players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the sole discretion of the casino.

14.3 If you win more than €15,000 (£79,600), Bambet bookmaker reserves the right to split the payments into monthly installments of a maximum of €115,000 (£79,600) until the total amount is paid out.

14.4 Bambet may revise the limits, either individually or cumulatively and permanently or for the purposes of particular/individual bet types or markets. All applicable limits will be displayed on Bambet.com, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is familiar with all applicable limits before engaging in betting.

15. Error

15.1 Bambet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, limit, cancel and/or reject any bet that has been accepted in error.

15.2 If an official adjustment is made to any price in any event that has previously been incorrectly broadcast, all bets placed at the original price will be settled at the corrected price.

15.3 If any odds in relation to a bet or event have been calculated incorrectly –

  1. as a result of a system or computer malfunction, or
  2. as a result of any other error, in circumstances where it is clear that the odds so stated have been distorted or misrepresented, when compared to the odds prevailing in the wider market, the bet or event will be deemed to have occurred at the correct price(s) that were available in the wider market at the time the bet was placed, and all winning bets will be settled at such price(s).

Such legal or other action shall include (but not be limited to) any legal or similar action that arises or may be taken in relation to the alleged illegality of gambling or interactive and/or online gaming in any jurisdiction in which the Customer is located.

17. Disclosure of Information and Privacy

18. Disputes

18.1 In the event that a dispute arises between a Client and Bambet in relation to Bambet’s liability to pay alleged winnings to the Client, and such dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, the dispute may be referred to the local Regulator where Bambet is licensed for resolution.

18.2 Bambet will inform the Customer that the dispute will be forwarded to the Regulator and will forward such dispute to the Regulator within 48 (forty-eight) hours of having informed the Customer.

18.3 However, the Client may, of its own volition, refer a dispute to the Regulator for resolution.

18.4 The Regulator will conduct an investigation into the matter and subsequently resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the parties.

18.5 If Bambet or the Client is not satisfied with the resolution of the Regulator, that party may file a petition with the Regulator to hold a hearing to reconsider the resolution.

18.6 If Bambet or the Client is not satisfied with the Board’s resolution, that party may file a petition with the Regulator to hold a hearing to reconsider the resolution.

18.7 The Regulator will hold such a hearing and determine whether the original resolution of the dispute should be confirmed, annulled or altered in any way.

18.8 The option to refer a dispute to the Regulator for resolution shall in no way replace or supersede the right of any party to have a dispute adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction.
